Welcome to The Locker Room — the official community space of Inside The Hashes. This is a place built for real football talk: honest debate, athlete support, draft analysis, and everything in between. We want every member to feel safe, respected, and free to share their football opinions without fear of harassment or abuse.

WHAT'S ALLOWED

Football analysis, predictions, hot takes, and respectful debate

Supporting athletes and teams — NFL, college, and high school

Sharing football content, highlight links, and articles

Mock drafts, fantasy advice, and game-day reactions

Constructive criticism of plays, schemes, and coaching decisions

Positive engagement with the ITH community and staff

WHAT'S NOT ALLOWED

Hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language of any kind

Harassment, targeted attacks, or bullying of any person

Threats of violence or personal harm

Spam, promotional content, or repeated identical messages

Sharing personal information (phone numbers, addresses, emails) in public threads

Inappropriate sexual content or content involving minors

Coordinated attacks or bot-like behavior

Impersonating ITH staff, athletes, or other community members

STRIKE & BAN POLICY

⚠️ Strike 1Warning — Post removed. Bot message sent.

⚠️⚠️ Strike 21-hour timeout — Cannot post for 60 minutes.

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Strike 324-hour suspension — Account temporarily suspended.

5 Total ViolationsPermanent ban from The Locker Room.

ITH Staff (Jerome) reserves the right to skip strikes for severe violations and issue permanent bans at their discretion.

HOW TO REPORT

Every post in The Locker Room has a small Report 🚩 button. Click it, select your reason, and submit. Your identity is kept completely anonymous. Posts that receive 3 or more independent reports are automatically hidden pending moderator review. ITH moderators and staff review all reports within 24 hours.

HOW TO APPEAL A BAN

If you believe your account was suspended or banned in error, you have the right to appeal. Send an email to our team and we will review your case within 5 business days.

Include your username and a brief explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect.

SAFE MODE FOR YOUNG USERS

ITH covers high school athletes and we take the safety of young members seriously. If you are under 18, we strongly encourage enabling Safe Mode during signup. Safe Mode activates an extra-strict language filter and enhanced privacy settings. You can toggle Safe Mode any time from your profile settings.
