NFL Top 100 snubbed the Bills

If one were to read CBS’s list of the top 100 players in the league, they might wonder if the Bills are even a team. There was not one player selected for this list and while I disagree with that notion wholeheartedly, I believe it will give the players extra incentive to prove that they belong on the list. I’m not going to sit here and complain about how blind these people are because I get it.

I’m wondering how the Bills will respond.

Lorenzo Alexander, Jerry Hughes, Josh Allen, LeSean McCoy, how do you all feel about being told that you’re not good enough to even break the top 100? The last Bill to do so was Kyle Williams, although Shady made the team a few years back as well. It’s a real Buffalo thing to not have a single player make the cut but as I was saying, I hope this is the push this team needs to break throw and show the world they’re worth the hype.

What I find particularly interesting about this list is the fact that Aaron Donald was ranked as the best player in the league while many scouts have reported that Ed Oliver may potentially achieve a higher peak than Donald. It remains to be seen if that will be the case but if things go the way everyone believes they will, the Bills may find themselves with the NFL’s best player.

Truth be told, I wasn’t too surprised to see a Bill hasn’t made the list. I could say the same about last year but I wasn’t nearly as optimistic about the Bills last season as I am this season. The NFL has basically told the Bills that they aren’t good enough and if you want to see a team pissed off, just tell them they’re not good enough.

Bills Mafia, we may be thanking these rankings soon.
