Super Bowl Prediction

The NFL playoffs get started this weekend and shout out to all the fans that are still cheering for their team to make it to Superbowl 53. But that's where I want to start, with the Superbowl. Well, last year's Superbowl champs. The Philadelphia Eagles are truly defending their title as they merely got into the playoffs because of some luck, the Minnesota Vikings, and the elephant in the room, Nick Foles.

Let me put this disclaimer out there, I HATE THE EAGLES! Okay now that you know that, I did have the Eagles going to the playoffs this year, and I had them going as the 6th seed. If anyone needs proof, I can show you my post to verify.  What I didn't see was who was going to be leading them back into playoffs. Nick Foles leads them into Chicago for a wildcard game against the Bears that, again the eagles are the proverbial UNDERDOGS. To be honest I don't see them catching that Saint Nick magic again, and I believe they will be like a top freshman in college basketball: one and done.

With them out of the picture, that means there will be another franchise hoisting the Lombardi at the end of Superbowl 53 and I truly believe it'll be an AFC team. WOW Reg way to go out on a limb, I mean you do have a 50% chance of being right. Anyway, it's probably not the team most of you are thinking. The Texans right? Come on, I know most of you see how good the Texans are but I also know that most of you don't believe they're good enough, and that's where I come in.

I actually picked a Houston Texans vs New Orleans Saints Superbowl, with the winner being the Texans back in August, I have the proof and that's still on the table. However, I'm not certain why fans and analysts alike aren't seeing how good they truly are. They are the most complete team in the NFL. That's not an overstatement, It's a fact.

Look at all the components and let's start with their defense… Dline- exceptional Lb core- very good DB - Solid.

Let's go offensive side… QB- very good RB core- solid WR core- Exceptional. Coaching staff - very good.

There aren't any weak parts for this team. So I’m sticking with my Texans pick to reach Superbowl 53 and to take home their first ever Lombardi Trophy. The only way I can see me changing this is, well, if they play another team from the state of Texas. #cowboysNation
