Philadelphia will not sign Le’Veon Bell

While it is impossible to completely rule out any splash coming from Howie Roseman and the Eagles, Bell is not a likely move. For one Philadelphia has shown that they like to have a few different backs to use instead of giving a ton of money to the position, and the lack of free money that they have.

Philadelphia has spent the last few years trying and succeeding without allotting a large amount of cap space to the position. They have shown you can win with a rotation, and there is a lot of Running back talent that can be added in the draft.

Along with this, the Eagles do not really have the cap room to sign Bell. After the type of deal, he declined to stay with the Steelers, Philadelphia will be short on cap space as it is AFTER the movement of QB Nick Foles.

All in all, you cannot rule out Bell to Philadelphia, but I put it at less than 1%.
